Two online anagram solvers find no solution in English, the only language I looked at.

Can we have a clue such as: is it a noun or a name (of a country, famous person, etc..)?

Maybe one or more of the letters appear more than once in the solution. Perhaps the original statement is cleverly ambiguous.
