No, but Im already in a pretty good Country, would you?
there was a lot of girls in s. america ready to pounce if they thought they could get into europe. a lot of them where not exactly what you call poor in fact pretty well off in their country. maybe education and money makes people restless.

...citizenship of a country?

i'm really not looking...eastern european, no thanks did that already. i was joking about with someone earlier saying that i would marry some random peruvian so i could live their if they wouldn't let me....tbh its pretty easy to get around it without getting married but still.
it just got me thinking as to how often it actually happened.

i can change....anything for queen sunburnt....
well, probably not. but sort of depends on the country I suppose. -I wouldn't go along with being exploited. but for a good friend? maybe.
in finland the foreigners have big trouble staying more than 3 months. regardless of whether they've got serious business going on here, like family & kids. they're required to show they can support themselves, but not necessarily given permit to work. which is crazy of course. the immigration usually makes staying (and being a productive addition to society) as hard as possible. even when we KNOW the finnish population is too small to care for the elderly now that the largest (ww2 baby boom) generation is hitting old age.
I know quite a lot of african immigrants, and I've never seen any finn work as hard as they do. they'll work nights & days 7 days a week, sleep too little, go to school on top of that. still they stress over getting kicked out every 3 months, get crap all over, from immigration as well as crazy drunken racist finns on dole. if I had a good stand-up friend in that position, I would consider the option of helping her to get a permanent visa.
