It is, indeed, wow.

However, as with Wii, I don't see the point of actually sweating.

Isn't the point of gaming to exercise just the fingers while having a
blast, eating nachos, and sipping coke?

looks like what japanese porn games have been doing for a while already, with any normal webcam. I suppose two cams adds depth accuracy.

can't see the point for the same reason as seitse though. except maybe video your gf doing hula hoops with it and upload it to youtube.
