I think you're safe if you don't burp or sweat.
Over my investigations for a month or 10, humanely reared meat is the only true safe thing to eat.
As a veggie, this really pisses me off, but facts are facts.
I think a golden rule is emerging with regards to food and all of this Atkins diet stuff and the like, if a modern man (or woman) has had something to do with its creation, it is probably bad for our digestion.
And that includes the modern potato or other over engineered vegetables.
(luckily, I am not going to be the only one pissed off, processed foods anyone?)

Everything in moderation is the way forward. Enjoy life and that includes enjoying food. Our biochemistry is that complex we may never completely fathom what is truly good and bad for us. Obviously if you sit on your arse, eating chocolate and Maccy D's all day then you're heading for serioous ill health. As I said though, moderation. Have a bar of chocolate, eat from the chippy once a week, have a kebab now and then and enjoy a pint if you want.

Don't stop living just so you can live longer.
EDIT: I think I forgot to mention cake. Mmmmmm.

When was the last time you enjoyed a nice cool bottle of bleach, never I would imagine, so why drink it by another name?
My point is not about living forever but about living beyond the age of 42 when the Doctors have written you off.
I suspect when your health fails, you will realise what you have said is complete rubbish.
Limit the crap you eat now and you can keep on giving bad advice well into your nineties.
Edit: You be burned, biatch.

Your bleach example is a bit sillier methinks.
My point is not about total self indulgence rather than a balanced diet, which can include things that are deemed to be 'bad for you'. People shouldn't be afraid to indulge every now and then though.
I'll look you up when I'm 70.
