erm-i was just wondering if this has any meaning to do with gangs, as one of my friends got XIII on her foot, then someone said it had something to do with gang members who've been in jain but are innocent or something...? 😛

Could be many things. A quick web search gave this interesting item:

In your case, you don't need a tattoo. You can just count the number of
digits you have to find out your IQ.

Ubisoft has a console game called XIII.

And, I did an A9 search and found a reference to a gang tattoo for XIII for the 13th street gang. Primarily Mexican. No reference to anything about it being something regarding innocense though.

Good luck finding out.
