the 'warfare forums' of the ancient world. Could also stipulate a fine

of a consanant or two for any subsequent misdemeanor offenses.

word association game would have to be about the most pointless, but i'm not sure that a punishment is appropriate - it's kept a lot of us idiots amused for a long time.
