One thing I was wondering, if this dealership invested millions literally in an exotic car and the projected repairs costs say 10,000 bucks (just a guess) wouldn't it be more worthwhile to quietly fix it and not go for that negative publicity? It would seem to me they will spend a lot more than that for lawyers, the real winner in any event.

Still, I would be peed off so badly that my dealership failed so badly and was ashamed in front of the big cheese that came for the test drive.

The company's reputation quickly goes down the drain, and as for suing, I would for every penny this car costs me and more.

I think they tried to fix it but couldn't as probably that Mercedes didn't know how.

Either way, I'll be happy to just drive the 10 blocks in such a beauty then walk back.
