Thanks for the explanation. So it's just a fried egg? I usually prefer scrambled eggs, but a fried egg can be nice once in a while, although not for breakfast. I had scrambled eggs and potatoes for dinner today, yum. 🙂

Mmmm, that sounds nice. I've always wanted to try runny scrambled eggs in a jacket potato, not sure why 😕

C'mon, guys... the thread is top 7 breakfast cereals... sheesh

Although the original poster even gets off track with grits... ewwww

mine would have to be

oatmeal (plain, or with any kind of fruit, but that also goes for the rest of this list)
malt-o-meal (definitely NOT cream o'wheat)
cheerios
raisin bran
total
granola
any variety of Chex cereal

and, as honorable mention, when I need the sugar buzz, any variety of Cap'n Crunch does it for me
