Your attention, please... In the early morning hours of March 3, 2008, a Blue Ribbon Multinational Government Report was issued, which has

identified excessive usage on the RHP General Forum, in recent months, as one of two primary causes of the developing worldwide

shortage of words. 2008 USA political campaigning was named as the distant second. It urged that the entire RHP Community to do its part

in assuming a fair share of the responsibility, to help alleviate this serious language inventory situation from reaching near epidemic

proportions. In conclusion it mentioned that several other draconian measures, including but not limited to rationing, were still on the table.
