I don't understand the thread title but what happened is just appalling.
I watched a film last night on Netflix ' 22 July' about the terrorist attack on Oslo and mass shooting on the island of Utøya in Norway on July 22, 2011, in which 77 people were killed—the deadliest incident on Norwegian soil since World War II.
Anders Behring Breivik, the murderer, was neo-Nazi and anti-Islamic, shot and killed 77 people and injured 200. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison, the maximum punishment which will most likely be extended. Breivik will never be a free man again.
