As from today, password reminders are no longer supported.

Instead, you must reset your password, then login with the new automated password. (We strongly recommend you cut and paste the password to avoid errors.)

Once you have logged in, you can change your password to something more memorable from the "My Settings" >> "My Personal Details" page.

If your existing password fails (it worked yesterday, but not today) please use this reset process then change the password back to the password of your choice.

This should not be necessary, but we have had a couple of feedbacks about this already.

Erm - how can I reset my password when I've forgotten my password in the first place? If I don't know my password I can't log into the site, and I really do hope that I can't reset my password without logging into the site...
