How do you accept a game in Open Invites when it hasn't got 'accept game offer' in blue? Thanks in anticipation.

You can't. Only games where you fulfill the rating criteria set out by the player issuing the challenge are availible for you to accept. Your rating is either too high or too low for the games that do not have an "accept game offer" next to them. Hope this helps!
