    Hi Russ
why did you not warn us about that new agreement before? where is it availbile now? these and many other questions araise now.
I mean I do not have anythink against it, but I paid to use RHP without such a restriction and now I have to agree to something to be able to use the service here for which I paid some time ago. I'd like to discuss that in the anoucments forum, but you did not start a thread...

This is true, but all I am doing is formalising the unwritten rules of the site anyway. You all know why this happened - but the site has needed a TOS agreement since day one and it would have only been a matter of time. It is absolutely necessary to have something like this in place.

If you object in anyway, then I will refund you.

Dear Russ, thanks for your answer...
No, I do not want to refund!!
    I love RHP!!
but I do not know why all this has happend. and if you wanted to avoid multiple accounts, why do include things about chess software?
where can I reread the agreement?

I think Russ should add a link for the RHP Terms of Service.
