The Win Expectancy for someone 200 points lower than you is 0.25
(or, on average, they will win 1 game from 4). Similarly, for someone
200 points higher than you, the win expectancy is 0.75. The Win
expectancy for someone on the same ranking is, of course, 0.5.

Using the ELO formula, your new rating for each would be

1100) Old Rating - 32 * (1 - 0.25) = 1276
1300) Old Rating - 32 * (1 - 0.5) = 1284
1500) Old Rating - 32 * (1 - 0.75) = 1292

Details of how Win Expectancy is calculated can be found in the FAQ.

Thanks,
Chris
