Suggestion: Featured Clan
How about featuring a (recruiting) clan each week, maybe on the hompeage or as a banner on the game page somewhere.
This would help raise profile of some smaller clans to aid recruitment.
You could have interview with clan leader/member about the clan and its theme...
I know a good candidate clan to feature first. ;o)
