I have 2 games going against a banned player. His imebank has run out. How do i go about claiming these games now, and will my ratings improve even though he is banned?

First you just have to wait - the game will be awarded as a win.
Second, no rating adjustment takes place when your opponent is banned.

I had to wait from August until about a week ago when I used the site feedback to speed things up.
