Banned players list

Where can I find this list? I found it once through a thread, but I can't find that thread any more and I can't find the "normal" way to find that page. Thanks.

At the bottom of this page you find a link to "Site Map". Click that and see what you find.
Under "Game moderation" you find "Removed players" link.
