Is there an up to date FAQ i can find somwhere to answer all those questions i am about to have?

i am trying to understand the basics of getting a clan picture

- i have microsoft paint, and a free yahoogeocities site. when i upload a .bmp file it doesnt seem to work.

a thread for this will surely exist.

It can not be .bmp, it has to .jpg or .gif!
