A quick way to change your pieces is to use the "gear" icon when viewing your board. This will display board settings.

Changes can then be made without even leaving your board.

edit : Gear / Cog / Sprocket Icon.

Gear is the small spiky wheel with the word Board underneath it, just below the picture icon in the right top corner.
I've looked at your game board page and it's normal black and white for me. You may need to clear your cache.
