Am new to chess. How does blitz work as far as the 2 time limits like 5 minutes and 5 seconds. Is that 5 minutes for entire game and 5 seconds max for each move? So you automaticaly lose if you don't move in 5 seconds

No, the second time is the time you get on each move in addition to the time for the whole game. So if you have a 5 minute / 5 seconds game and use exactly 5 seconds for each move, you'll still have 5 minutes when you finish the game. If you use only 3 seconds on one move, the 2 seconds you didn't use will be added to the game time, so if you move very fast, you can end up with more time on your clock than you started with. If you use more than 5 seconds, the game clock starts ticking.
