Blocked ?

I have been playing a particular opponent for 15 years free. I recently paid my subscription and now have tournament access so am playing about 20 players but my long term friend seems to be blocked. We have both checked and it seems nothing is wrong so why cant I challenge this one player, nor he me? Suggestions please! 😕

Can you explain what you mean by 'blocked'? What error message do you see?

I cannot challenge him , neither can he challenge me. We both get the message that we have a self imposed limit of 6 games.

@tashford is a long term player, over 10 years, so the limitation introduced here Thread 203784 will limit their game load (currently at 7 of available 6)

Thanks very much for explaining the problem - it makes a lot of sense. I will refer him to the thread 203784 which obviously neither of us had seen. We will work out how to keep our long term freindship going.
