Broken Connection

Over the past few days, every time I try to post on the forums or send a pm to another player, I get the following message:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Not sure whether it's a problem at my end or the RHP end. I've tried it both from my home computer and the office one. Same error.

what browser do you use?
have you tried to delete the browser's cache?
but perhaps it was a RHP-Problem (serverside)
