bug in zero timeout alpha.

In game 423974 no move has been made and the white time is 39.58. That looks good about half a day since the competition started.
Then in game 423969 (and the rest of the games) then one time is 38.78 and other clock is 39.86.
This shows that time goes faster when you make moves. Something is going wrong with the timeback.
I also put this in tournaments sorry.

I have alerted Chris, so we should have a fix (and the timebank reset if needed) long before anyone gets into trouble.

This is almost certainly to do with the fact that these are the first "0" timeout games we have created. Once I figure out how much timebank has been sucked from the games I will add it back and correct the problem. If you notice any other oddities regarding the timebank on the Zero Timeout Alpha tournament please let me know.

We have discovered the problem. The maximum that anyone may have had incorrectly removed from their timebank is 24 hours and we will be adding any lost time back to the timebank.
