If i am the winner of a game, and i send a rematch to that player, Do i have the right choose which colour i want to play? ( black or white).In other words who has the right to that option> thank you

Great question, I simply do not know. Click the "rematch" and see what screen comes up and what your options are.

You can create any kind of rematch you like, your opponent has the option to delete that game and create one to his taste. There's no compulsion either way.
