Can anyone answer this?

When I try to get pictures off my hp photosmart E317 camera with the hp solution center software and press transfer image I get this error.

Can not run Unicode version of ATL71.DLL on windows98 please install the ANSI version.

How can I correct this?

Thats just it I have no idea what site to go to or what disk I need.


Also am scared to run the dell system restore disc because I do not know what information this will cause me to lose.

Thanks I was so frustrated my mind was blanking ... I really should have thought to look at HP first. 🙂
