Can clan games be cancelled after starting?

A member of our clan has left "red hot pawn". He left with 26 unfinished clan games. Is there a possibility of cancelling the games he was playing?

Was just involved in something like this, and I don't believe so, as long as the opponents are still active players.

If both players are inactive, I will call the game. A draw is awarded. If one player in still active though, they need to claim the win.
