can i stop email move notification?

i'm new here, online most of thet ime and see all opponents moves on site- the email "opponent has moved" notification is clogging my emailbox- can someone tell me how to stop it? thanks!!

Try "My settings" at the red bar above.
Choose "My Email Settings" and unmark the options you don't like.
Press Update and - voilà - you've got rid of them.
