Hi, I sent feedback to cancel my subscription, as per the
instructions, but I have not received a confirmation.
Shouldn't I receive one? Perhaps it is a process which
could be automatized. Just a suggestion.

In the meantime, please acknowledge receipt and confirm
that my credit card won't be charged in the next period.
