can't promote pawn.

game # 6109211 can't promote my pawn. what gives? this has happened before.

It looks as if you've moved the pawn but not chosen which piece you want to promote it to. When you hit "submit move", did the system come back to ask you to choose?

What do you now see in your "My Games" list for this game? What do you see if you try to view the game itself?

When clicking 'game info', the status is 'promoting black'...weird

when you run your game play-by-play using the arrows, it show you promoted to a queen...but not when you open the active game.....weirder

re: 62109211 it not says 'incomplete game' or something to that effect. when i look on 'my games' it looks like it's my move. this has happened before. and of course i clicked on a piece...

went back, its frozen. i'll need a referee to decide this one. opponent only has his king. there's just my black pawn on the 8th rank with green highlite on the 7th. no option to submit move. be pissed if i lose on time.
