Castling in Chess960

I can't seem to castle in Chess960 setups. When I drag the King over the Rook it says "illegal move". Neither King nor Rook has moved and no blocking checks. Bug in software or am I missing something? Playing on app and chrome browser.Game 12111738

Thanks. That is disappointing. Castling is key in chess960. Wish I knew before starting the game.
