Castling.

Why am I not allowed to castle?

I have had a look at your game and there is noconditions there to stop you castling, so I am assuming you are doing it wrong.
You need to highlight the king then highlight the 2nd square from it and click move.

I remember being confused when I started too.

Easily solved: You only have to move the king. The rook move is implied.
