I looked your name up on Players, and it indicates that you are "Refusing more games". If you are looking for challenges you need to check your settings and see if you have game limits set under "my challenge settings".
However, even when you have that cleared up you will not see "challenge" when you look at your own name, as you can't challenge yourself.
Does this help you, or am I not understanding your original post?

You can challenge a player if you go to their home and click on "challenge" but if my settigs don't allow you to challenge me you can't make me (you can send a message that you want a game).
You can challenge a player from the "Players" list in the menue. You then see the currently active players. If there is a button "challenge" you can challenge, otherwise they are over their limits and you can't. The site gives the actual limit (max. games, over nn, below nn...)
