Are chess programs (like Fritz and Rybka) allowed to use by playing correspondence games here on this side?

    Terms of Service
You will not use chess engines, chess software, chess computers or consult any third party to assist you in any game. Chess books and databases can be consulted during play.

So that would be a NO.

When the game is in progress the answer is - No.
But you can always use any engine or chess program to analyze your finished games in order to find the bad or good moves and improve you future games.
Correct me if I am wrong on this!

You are not wrong. However, that wasn't the question that was asked. Asking if the engines can play here would imply using them during the game.

Right you are, but I thought that answering a question not yet asked may be informative.

The answer of the first of your unasked questions is shortly a Yes.
The other one would of course be a No.
The third I have to think about.
