Terms of Service You will not use chess engines, chess software, chess computers or consult any third party to assist you in any game. Chess books and databases can be consulted during play.
When the game is in progress the answer is - No.
But you can always use any engine or chess program to analyze your finished games in order to find the bad or good moves and improve you future games.

You are not wrong. However, that wasn't the question that was asked. Asking if the engines can play here would imply using them during the game.
