Chessatwork.com vs. others

The FAQ says the chessatwork.com site is better for playing at work, but I dont see a big difference between that one and the others except for colors and layout. How does that one allow me to play at work less obviously?

it does not have the word "hot" in the adress and pictures are smaler or even absent.

Thanks. I thought I was missing something. i kept looking to see it perhaps it had a different title in the windows bar, or a small chess board that could float or be hidden, etc.
