claim win - suspended??

morning all - currently playing a game against jdessereau. he has'nt moved in 2 weeks despite many reminders. want to claim win but when i click on the skull icon it states 'suspended' and does'nt allow me to claim the win. any ideas? cheers.

just noticed all the previous threads - any idea when this will be sorted out?
