I'm new to the site. The timebank(14 day) ran out on my opponent. I had a claim win symbol, but then I moved by habit. Now I can't seem to claim the win and the claim win symbol is gone. Does that mean this game goes on forever now? I thought the timebank was like a chess clock and if you run out you lose. Otherwise what is the point. This is a tournament and I don't want it to go on forever because one guy moves so slow. If a player wants to move that slow then they need to pick a tournament with a 3 day or longer timeout. This is a Hardcore, 0 timeout tournament. Please advise.
Originally posted by terminmaterBy moving you have turned down the opportunity to claim the timeout for the time being. Your opponent has no timebank left, and you will be eligible to claim the win if he fails to move within the timeout period again. The timeouts are not automatic. It's up to you to actively claim them.

I'm confused by this scenario. I don't see how Terminmater could possibly move in a game if he had the chance to claim a win by timeout. Wouldn't that mean that it was his opponent's move?
