claiming games?

one of my games he hsa never moved. it just says opponents move but its been months. can i claim this game or somehow remove it?

It does not count as a game until two moves have been completed, so just delete it and it will go away without changing any statistics. Click the trash can icon that should show up on the right side of the game on your "My Games" page.
