Conditional Move

I select Deep Mode and when I try to submit, it will not. Even on a checkmate. The button is highlighted, but it won't let me submit. What's up?

Any chance an illegal move has been selected ? I say this as I've not had any problems with deep mode, and I use it all the time...all bar castling that is, but that's an easy glitch to work out...
