I do not know how to use 'Conditional moves' and I do not
know the purpose of it. Can someone help me
understand, please......

It gives you the ability to move right after your opponent moved if you have forseen his move, without even being online.
Example:
you move 1.e4
you think your opponent might reply 1...e5, so you fill that in as conditional move
after that you can set 2.Nf3.
Now if your opponent does play 1...e5, your second move will be played right away.

Theres a short explanation of how it works when you click the link to use it.
I dont use it myself.

Right. I understand the 'why'. What I do not get is the 'how'. I get to the screen that asks for input but cannot find a way to make the input. Please help me.

"Move your opponent's piece then respond by moving your piece. Press the 'Submit' button to save your move."

Click a piece to pick it up, click on another square to drop the piece there.
