Do you have the "Inbox" folder selected?

Also, use the button with up/down arrows on it to choose a suitable sort order.

The folders on the left of the "My Games" page - there is a folder named "Inbox".

Select that, rather than the root "All Games", if you are seeing lots of old games.

If the issue is then the sort order, try the up/down arrow button (below the "Complete" tab)
