I've put my first game, which i abandoned and don't imagine will be of any use for future study, into my archive folder. How do I delete it, or is it there until the end of time?

Make a folder called "Trash Bin" or something and moves these games there. Never go in and look at them, there will be coffee grounds and egg shells all over the games you throw there.
