What happens if you challenge someone, win, and then don't move up? This happened to me on the three day ladder, and nothing has changed after several days. Game 8727163. Help!
I suspect this relegated him to below your position at the time.
You then beat him whilst he was below you so you didn't move up.
He then WON a game 24 seconds after your game against him had finished promoting him up to position 728.
Those 24 seconds made all the difference.
