The site administrators (Russ and Chris) manage the feedback system, and as far as I know there are no other regular members involved with responding to feedback questions. Getting responses and resolutions by using the feedback system will depend on how busy those two guys are.

You could try and get answers here in the forum. It all depends on what you are trying to resolve. No guarantees, but it might help.
