Can anyone tell me how to refuse SIEGE games? I keep on getting them. I didn't join a quere.
Any help appreciated! Sincerely, Trains44
To have a siege game started with you in it you must have joined a queue which you reached the front of (you could have joined it weeks or months ago).

Thank you for the reply! Can I get out of it???
Unfortunately, if you successfully defend a siege, then you can't leave it, except by resigning it. Resigning without making a move is best, as it doesn't affect your rating.

But you say if I resign before I make a move , it wont affect my rating? Is that true?
Originally posted by TRAINS44Russ has previously informed me that if i resign a game without making a move in a tournament that it will not alter my rating.

I assume that this will be true of Sieges also... (assumptions are dangerous things though...)
Hope this helps,
