How can a player repeatedly request a draw while he is in check and
finally get it without my acceptance?

Hi Dant,

I cannot explain exactly what happened in this game. As this was a
draw-agreement, we have reset the game to its pre-drawn state so
that you may agree a draw again if you wish, or continue the game if
the draw was in error.
