Where?
If you click the my games link you should see on the second bar to the right a link called email games. Click that and you can specify how many days you want or completed/incomplete or both games. It should give you only your last 30 days games if you specify it. i.e. not from the very beginning. However if you have only been on the site 26 days ...

2) That will be 100 games from date x
x = (Today - Time Period)
if today = 23 Feb and Time Period = 40
then x = 14 January
therefore you will receive a maximum of 100 games (according to "Games where the last move was made within the number of days specified" (i.e. wtf?)) from between 14 January and 23 February.
It is possible to get all your games ever played here but it is difficult.
