Can I pay subscriptions by easy payments, as i had a bad time on the horses backed the wrong horse in the Derby.

Yes it is a great subject, I am doing a course at college on subscriptions.

Well a lot of it is about people who do a bunk without paying their bills e.g. rent, electric and gas, and also people who get tons of stuff on credit then disappear.
