Email address problems

Hi,
I have just tried to change my email address, and the site thinks that another user has the address already?!
I can replay to emails to this address, proving that I'm me, so how do I go about changing my details?

Use the 'send feedback' link at the bottom of the page.
I'm sure the admin will look into it for you.
