You have turned off move notifications.

Re-enable them here :

I have not turned off move notifications. They are ON still I get no emails about moves

Did you use the link provided, and make sure

"Automated move notifications" is on?

Did you also click 'update' at the bottom of the page after adjusting your settings?
If you do not click that, there will not be any changes made to your current settings.
