Email Notifications

My box is ticked to receive them but despite numerous moves I have not had a single one all afternoon. At first I thought it was a problem with hotmail but I have sent a test email to myself and that seems to be fine. Is anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on?

I had the same problem a few days ago. Guess it's back today. Last time Russ had to unclog the mail queue somehow and after several hours it was working again.
